Pharmacological properties
Antiseptic Stimulant D-2 fraction belongs to the group of biogenic stimulants.

Antiseptic Stimulator D-2 fraction is a water-soluble fraction of dry distillation of animal tissues. The nitrogenous and ammonium compounds included in the drug (amino acids, derivatives of aliphatic amines, carboxylic acids, aliphatic and cyclic hydrocarbons) have an activating effect on the central and autonomic nervous system, stimulates the motor activity of the gastrointestinal tract, secretion of digestive glands, increases the activity of digestive and tissue enzymes, improves the penetration of Na+ and K ions+ through cell membranes, promotes normalization of digestive processes, assimilation of nutrients and increase the natural resistance of the body.

When applied externally, the drug stimulates the activity of the reticular-endothelial system, normalizes trophic processes and accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues, has a pronounced antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Application procedure
Antiseptic Stimulant D-2 fraction is prescribed for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes to farm animals (including poultry) and dogs with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory organs, genitourinary system, skin lesions, metabolic disorders, to stimulate the activity of the central and autonomic nervous system, to increase natural resistance in the weakened and ill infectious and invasive animal diseases, as well as to stimulate the growth and development of piglets, chickens and increase the egg production of chickens.

Antiseptic Stimulator D-2 fraction is applied to animals orally, externally, intravaginally or intrauterine. Before use, the bottle, bottle or canister with the drug must be shaken several times.

When used orally for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, the drug is diluted with water for drinking or used individually with compound feed in the following doses:

When drinking, the drug is given before feeding.

With dyspepsia, gastroenterocolitis, gastroenteritis caused by digestive disorders and metabolic disorders, the drug is prescribed orally 1 time a day, in courses of 5 days with an interval of 2-3 days until recovery, but no more than 14 days.

With cattle tympani, with intestinal flatulence in horses, the drug is given to the animal or injected into the scar through a gastric tube once or twice a day, for 3-5 days.

With atony of the gastrointestinal tract, the drug is administered to animals inside for 5-10 days.

For diseases of the respiratory system, genitourinary system, apply once a day for 7 days; to increase egg production and prevent ovariosalpengitis of chickens, apply once a day, in courses of 5 days, with an interval of 2 days until recovery, but no more than 14 days.

In case of catarrhal pneumonia of piglets, the drug is prescribed once a day with water for drinking 30-40 minutes before feeding or in the morning feeding with compound feed in the doses indicated in the table. Treatment is carried out in courses of 5 days with an interval of 2 days until recovery, but no more than 14 days.

In order to stimulate the central and autonomic nervous system, increase resistance in animals that have had infectious and invasive diseases, accelerate the healing processes of the skin, with necrobacteriosis, eczema, dermatitis, trophic ulcers, the drug is used with drinking water or mixed with feed once a day in the doses indicated in the table. Treatment is carried out in courses of 5 days with an interval of 3 days until recovery.

In order to stimulate the growth and development of calves, piglets and chickens, the drug is used by group feeding at the rate of 0.1 ml per 1 kg of body weight every other day for 1-2 months.

Externally, intrauterine, intravaginal, a sterile Antiseptic Stimulator D-2 fraction is used in the form of a 2-20% freshly prepared aqueous solution. To prepare the solution, the required amount of sterile preparation Antiseptic - Stimulator D-2 fraction is transferred with a sterile syringe to a sterile container containing an appropriate amount of sterile saline solution or sterile water.

Wound surfaces are washed with a 5-20% solution, wet bandages or tampons moistened with this solution are applied to the wounds.

Infected, slowly healing wounds are washed with 15-20% solution of the drug and then a bandage moistened with this solution is applied. Treatment is carried out once a day until the wound is cleaned of pus. In the presence of fistulas, opened cavities of abscesses, phlegmon, a gauze drainage moistened with a solution of the drug is injected into their cavity and a sterile bandage is applied on top. The drainage is changed daily until the formation of a granulation shaft.

With vaginitis and retention of the afterbirth in cows (after its removal), a 3-5% solution of the drug is used, heated to 37-40 ° C, with which the vagina is washed once a day for 4-5 days, spending in the first case 2 liters, in the second 200-300 ml of the solution for each treatment.

With endometritis and pyometer in cows, if the cervix is open, a 15% solution of the drug is injected into the uterine cavity, heated to 37-40 ° C in an amount of 200-300 ml and immediately removed. For these purposes, a catheter with a reverse fluid flow is used. The treatment is carried out once a day for 10-14 days.

Along with etiotropic treatment for trichomoniasis, cows are injected into the vagina with a 20% solution of the drug, spending 200-300 ml for each procedure using a Janet syringe once a day for 5-7 days.

In the treatment of bulls with an acute form of trichomoniasis, along with etiotropic treatment, the prepucial sac is washed with a 2-3% solution of the drug, which is injected with a catheter connected by a rubber tube with an Eismarch mug in an amount of 0.5-1.0 liters. After that, the outer opening of the prepucial sac is clamped for 3-5 minutes by hand and a light massage is performed. The procedure is repeated once a day for 5-7 days.

When washing horses and the presence of abscesses in the submandibular space and on other parts of the body after a preliminary toilet, the abscess cavities are washed with 15-20% solution of the drug or tampons soaked in solution are injected into them, once a day until the wound is cleaned of pus and granulation appears, but no more than 10-14 days.
