The use of the drug is based on the clinical evaluation of the animal. Contraindication to use is an individual hypersensitivity of the animal to tilmicosin. It is forbidden to use ruminants with developed cicatricial digestion, animals with severe liver and (or) kidney dysfunction, as well as laying hens whose eggs are used for food purposes. There is no reliable data on the safety of the drug for animals during pregnancy and lactation.
When dissolving large volumes of the drug in water, it should be pre-dissolved in a small volume of water, in order to assess for possible precipitation. If the drug precipitates in this water, then measures should be taken to reduce the hardness of the water. As a rule, the drug will not precipitate in water with a hardness of up to 20 dH.
When used in soldering systems, it is not recommended to mix with other drugs.
It is not allowed to use the drug simultaneously, as well as for 7 days before and 7 days after the use of ionophoric coccidiostatics, aminoglycoside antibiotics, due to the possible occurrence of side effects and complications in animals (diarrhea, anorexia, paresis, nephrotoxic effects). In order to prevent adsorption and reduce antibacterial activity, the drug should not be used simultaneously with drugs and feed additives containing bentonite.

The therapeutic solution of the drug during the treatment of chickens and piglets should be the only source of drinking water.
The therapeutic solution is prepared daily based on the daily needs of animals in water.
Indications for the forced use of a veterinary drug:
The drug is prescribed for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes to pigs, calves and poultry for respiratory diseases: mycoplasmosis, pleuropneumonia, pasteurellosis.
The drug is also prescribed for mixed infections, secondary infections against the background of viral diseases and other infectious diseases of animals and birds, the pathogens of which are sensitive to tilmicosin.
